Pressure blasting cabinet is specially designed with a pressurized pot containing compressed air that pushes and accelerates the media to the nozzles through a media outlet valve, then blast them onto the target. Compare with siphon blasting, this direct pressure blasting cabinet has obvious advantages:
- With less efforts for removing heavy coatings and conteminant.
- The air push the abrasive 40% faster than siphon type, greatly increase the productivity.
- Allowing much lower pressures to be used for delicate jobs.
- Can use heavy abrasive (under 40mesh, such as steel ball) to operates hard materials.
